This workshop is full of practical techniques to help you discover a whole range of stress reducing techniques. The practical techniques I will show you are drawn from my 15 years professional experience of running stress management courses for adults from all walks of life.
At the end of the Workshop you will be better able to understand how you can reduce your stress-response levels to many daily-life situations. You will leave the workshop with a variety of techniques to use at home and in the workplace together with accompanying handouts.
