WHAT does EFT stand for?


EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. A process of tapping on the upper body and face developed by Gary Craig which can help to bring freedom from the emotional and physical issues that trouble us all from time to time.


How can EFT help me?


EFT can help with such personal traumas as:

How is it done and what will I feel?


EFT is a quick and easy technique which involves light tapping of specific points on the face, body and hands. It is easy to use yourself between sessions. The tapping procedure helps to ‘re-set’ the body’s energy system so that we ‘normalise’ events, fears etc. and may dissolve previously held negative associations.


At the beginning, during and end of the session clients are asked to evaluate the impact of the issue from low-high (1-10).  Clients are surprised to discover just how effective the technique is as their issue ceases to be a problem.
